On the 5-th of May, 2017 in the House of Friendship of the Republic of Almaty, the republican meeting of the ANC was held with the leaders of the republican ethno-cultural associations, members of the Council of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman - Head of the ANC Secretariat Mynbay D.K., Deputy Chairman of the ANC Khamedov A.M., members of the ANC Council, active in the republican ethno-cultural associations and Almaty, representatives of youth organizations, the Scientific and Expert Council of the Assembly, the creative intelligents, Heads of the media, ethno-cultural associations and other structures of the ANC.

During the meeting, the tasks and the role of ethno-cultural associations in the implementation of the decisions of the XXV Session of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, as well as projects initiated by the Head of State in the program article "Looking into the Future: Modernizing Public Consciousness" were considered.

"On the 26-th of April, 2017, the XXV Session of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan was held in Astana. Speaking to the participants, the Head of State noted the uniqueness of 2017, connected with the beginning of large-scale modernization of all aspects of society. Changes and amendments to the Constitution of the country have given rise to political reform - a new stage in the democratization of social relations. And in the Address to the people of Kazakhstan, the President set the tasks of the Third Modernization of Kazakhstan, aimed at forming a new model of economic growth. In the program article "Looking to the Future: Modernizing Public Consciousness", the Head of State sets the tasks of the spiritual transformation of society. As the Head of State noted, all the large-scale reforms initiated should be accompanied by "a faster modernization of public consciousness. It will not only complement political and economic modernization - it will act as their core. "For us, this is the main direction of the application of forces," said Darkhan Mynbay.

At the end of his speech, Darkhan Mynbay congratulated the member of the Council of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, the President of the Kurds Association of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Barbang", the member of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan, the Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Doctor of Philology, the academician of the International Academy of Sciences of Higher Education and the Academy of Social Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mirzoyev Prince with the anniversary.
