30 January 2018 in the House of friendship in Almaty with the participation of the Deputy Chairman – head of Secretariat of the Assembly of peoples of Kazakhstan of presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan Darkhan Mynbai of Isabekovich a Republican meeting with heads of Republican and municipal ethno-cultural associations in Almaty. The event was dedicated to discussion of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev to people of Kazakhstan "New possibilities of development in the context of the fourth industrial revolution" of January 9, 2018. The main report was made by head of Secretariat of the APK of presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mynbay Darkhan Kamzabekuly.. He noted that all 10 objectives of the Message aims to ensure that everyone acquired the skills to "successfully navigate and adapt in the new world – the world of the Fourth industrial revolution".

He further voiced the tasks that the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan will be solved in the coming period. Including D. Mynbai was announced on holding the constituent conference of the Republican youth movement of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan "Zhangiru zholi". In 2018 it is planned to implement 11 projects of the Assembly on public policy promotion 100 new faces of Kazakhstan, which will be refocused on young people.

Also on this day in the House of Friendship of Almaty took place a presentation of the press room, in which D.K. Mynbay met with journalists of ethnic media. Then, with the participation of D. Mynbay in the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the presentation of the book "The First Kargalinskaya ..." by Ismailzhan Iminov took place, in which heads of republican and urban ethno-cultural associations, representatives of scientific circles and intellectuals took part. A total of 100 people took part in the events.
