A concert program was organized in the House of Friendship of Aktau to summarize the results of the charity event "Nauryz holidays". The organizers are the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan of Mangistau region and KGU "Public contracts".

The mayor of the region Eraly Tugzhanov, deputies of the regional maslikhat, individual entrepreneurs and patrons of art, representatives of the company "Air Astana", chairmen of ethno-cultural associations, veterans of the Great Patriotic War and the Afghan war, state institutions, non-governmental organizations and youth organizations, naval militaries "Coast guard" and other organizations.

The charitable action "Nauryz holidays" started on the 20-th of March by the order of the mayor of the region E.Tugzhanov and lasted until the 20-th of April. Within a month within the framework of the action, assistance was provided to low-income and large families, citizens with disabilities, veterans of war and labor, homes for the elderly and other needy people. They were given baskets of food, clothes and children's toys. Patrons helped for some people in need with the renovation of the apartment and bought furniture.

The deputy of the maslikhat of the city of Aktau, the active representative of the Azerbaijan ECO "Dostlug" Shamsaddin Huseynov rendered financial assistance to a resident of the city, a disabled of 2 groups for the purchase of the respiratory apparatus. Chairman of Jewish ECO "Shalom" Yuri Kerzhbaum bought a wheelchair for one resident. And the regional deputies Abbut Urusbayev and Abzal Mendibayev gave for the veteran of the Second World War a TV.

Patrons during the month helped for 34 citizens, who are on dispensary registration at polyclinics of the city of Aktau. They rendered to the people in need not only material assistance, but also moral support.

In addition, within the framework of the action, arrangements were made for the improvement and planting of greenery in settlements, planting flowers, and environmental protection of the environment. Representatives of the Kyrgyz and Korean ECO actively participated in this work. They planted about a thousand trees and flowers in the courtyards of the polyclinic, orphanages, mosques and nursing homes.

At the event, was raised a box to raise funds for the people in need. It turned out that we have enough generous people the box collected 743 thousand tenge. The collected funds will be distributed according to the decision of the created commission under the mayor of the region.

- All funds collected in the box will be sent to the people in need, which were revealed during the action. Everyone who wished, and there were many such, could contribute to a good cause. Mangistau entrepreneurs are also active, for which charity is one of the important directions, - noted the mayor of Mangistau region Eraly Tugzhanov.
