In order to develop and promote the mediation institute, on November 30, at the initiative of KGU "Kogamdyk kelisim" of the apparatus of akim of Karaganda region in the Shakhty city court, a round table was held on the development of the institute of mediation.

The round table was held under the chairmanship of the head of the mediation department of KGU "Kogamdyk kelisim" of the apparatus of the akim of the Karaganda region Shardarbekova S.M..

The staff of the mediation department of KGU "Kogamdyk kelisim" of Karaganda Oblast Akim and "Peace of Good" PA, professional and non-professional mediators of Shakhtinsk, judges of the regional and Shakhtinsky City Court, representatives of the city prosecutor's office, and the akimat of the city of Shakhtinsk took part in this event.

The participants of the round table discussed the issues of resolving disputable (conflict) situations through mediation, and cooperation between mediators interacting with KGU "Koghmady kelisim" of the apparatus of the akim of the Karaganda region and the Shakhty city court.

At the same time, proposals were made by the chairman of the city court to promote the institution of mediation in the media, and to organize a demonstration of an information video about mediation in the theaters of the city of Karaganda and Shakhtinsk.

As a result of the round table, the participants agreed on a schedule of duty in the cabinet of mediation in court, where mediators on a regular basis will be able to conduct explanatory work and mediation procedures.
