October 27, 2017 in the House of Friendship of Almaty a regional round table was held in the series of expert meetings "Modernization 3.0: Ryhani zhangiry". Organizers of the event: akimat of Almaty city and Institute of Eurasian Integration (Astana) together with the Service of the Republican Friendship House of the RGU "Kogamdyk kelіsim" under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

More than 100 representatives of the scientific and expert community, scientists, representatives of political parties, ethnocultural associations, NPO, youth organizations and students took part in the round table.

During the event, issues of the progress of the implementation of the "Tygan zher" project in Almaty, which is one of the six key national projects of the "Ryhani zhangiry" Program, were discussed. Among the speakers was a member of the Council of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, President of the Kurdish Association "Barbang" Mirzoev Knyaz Ibrahimovic.
