On July 20, 2017, in the building of the Friendship House of the ANC of Mangistau region, in conjunction with the Specialized Inter-District Juvenile Court of Mangistau region, a round table was held on the topic: "Mediation of Kyzmeti - zalman Talab" ("Mediation Service - Demand of Time").

Mediation is one of the main dispute resolution technologies with the participation of the third neutral side - the mediator. Mediator - the main figure, designed to help the parties come to a common denominator. Mediation is based on the following principles: voluntariness, confidentiality, equality of parties, neutrality of the mediator, and inadmissibility of interference in the procedure.

The aim of the round table is a full and comprehensive coverage of the main principles and directions of school mediation, to improve the work of the Institute of Mediation in the region.

Professional and unprofessional mediators of the region, representatives of the specialized inter-district juvenile court and the health department of Mangistau oblast, as well as the head of the regional ANC secretariat and the employees of KSU "Kokamdy kelim", heads of NGOs and public associations, chairmen of ethnocultural associations took part in the round table.

The round table discussed the prevention of juvenile delinquency, the activities carried out by juvenile police officers and educational institutions with adolescents and their legal representatives on the prevention of offenses. Further, the chairman of the Specialized Inter-District Court for the Affairs of Minors of the Region, Shamgunova Larisa Tlemisovna, explained to those present the issues of reconciliation of the parties on the topic: "The Law on Mediation. Advantages of conciliation procedures ". As well as their suggestions and recommendations were made by professional and non-professional moderators and other participants of the event.
