November 3, 2016 in the House of Friendship of Almaty region held a round table on the topic "Regional dimension of the Council of Public consent of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan: experience, practice, and methodology."

The event was attended by Deputy Chairman of the APC Yeraly Tugzhanov, deputies of Majilis of Parliament of Kazakhstan Bakhytbek Smagul and Yuri Timoshenko, APC members and the Council of public consent regions, representatives of government agencies, ethno-cultural associations and the media.

The moderator of the round table was Vice-President of the APC Yeraly Tugzhanov. "Today, public consent tips actual acting force which serves the strengthening of Kazakhstan's model of interethnic and interreligious harmony," - he said in his speech.

The roundtable participants exchanged experience of the Soviets of public APC agreement, discussed new forms of organization of activities related to the strengthening of social cohesion and national unity in the country.

The event was an exhibition of projects of public consent of the Council in different directions.

The participants also got acquainted with the work of the Centre for the Study of the Kazakh language and the activities of ethno-cultural associations of Almaty region.
