November 7, 2017 in the House of Friendship held a scientific and practical conference on "Spiritual Revival - an example of modernization of national development" to discuss the article of the Head of State "A glance at the future: the modernization of public consciousness."

At the conference, the issue of phased transition of the Kazakh language graphics to the Latin alphabet was discussed. Every Kazakhstani should understand that education is the most fundamental factor of success in the future. In the system of youth priorities, education should be the first number. If in the value system, education becomes the main value, the nation will be successful. These are the features of the modern technological environment, and the features of communications in the modern world, and the features of the scientific and educational process in the 21st century. Therefore, the transition of the alphabet of the state language to the Latin schedule is another reform in the education system. But its peculiarity is that gradually it will affect all spheres in the course of its implementation, where the state language is used.

During the conference were Igylova Asel Kurmangazievna, Master of Atyrau engineering-humanitarian institute on the topic "Kazak tіlіnіn latin grafikasyna otyі - zamanayi yakit serpіnі"; Dumler Alexander Filippovich - chairman of the German ethnocultural association on the theme "Wiedergeburt" - "100 new persons of Kazakhstan"; Chairman of Atyrau regional branch of the World Aassotsiatsii Kazakhs Alimgereev Utepbergen Alimgereyuly on "Ryhti yrpak - el keleshegі";  Yu. Milana - a member of the ethnocultural association "Thonil" on the theme "Modern Kazakhstan culture in the global world"; Amangali Amirzhanovich, professor emeritus at the Atyrau Oil and Gas University, on "Atiray olkesіnіn kielі orindari";  Musayev Bibigul Musakyzy, the teacher of the Kazakh language and literature of the Small Academy of Arts on "100 Zhana okylik - ryhani bailiktin kainar kozі".

Summing up the participants of the conference called on all the fellow countrymen to contribute to the implementation of the tasks outlined in the President's Address aimed at the prosperity of the whole country.
