Today, on the eve of the celebration of Nauryz, mayor of the West Kazakhstan region Altai Kulginov launched the Charity “Caravan of mercy”. Volunteers of charity on 12 auto and buses went on to visit four hundred socially vulnerable families to give them help from fellow countrymen and simply not indifferent people.

"Nauryz is a spring holiday of kindness, happiness, joy, love and care. Therefore, these days, good deeds are very necessary, especially for those who need it. In the beginning of spring, we announced the launch of the events "Spring of Mercy", that is - "Spring of Mercy", and our sympathetic fellow citizens help! Now these cars set out on their way to families from socially vulnerable groups who will receive support from their fellow countrymen, and new wheelchairs will be handed over today to Gulmira Batpakulova the chairman of the NGO "Arba". This assistance was also provided by our compatriots, our fellow countrymen and local businessmen. Also today, here we will hold a charity evening dedicated to the holiday of Nauryz, with the aim of helping those in need. That is, those people who need help will get it today. But, we are not limited in the spring, we simply give a message for the future that we should always be useful to our society and people who have the opportunity to help should demonstrate by their example that this should be done, "said the mayor of the region.

"At the reporting meeting of the mayor of the region, we made several proposals, among which it was proposed to support children with disabilities. These were the problems of health care, and the engineering industry, but mostly people with disabilities do not have a permanent income, except for disability benefits. In these issues, we were very well supported by the mayor of the region and the regional branch of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan. Altai Kulginov announced in our region, by the way, the only one in Kazakhstan, three months of mercy and charity! Since March 1, from the day of Gratitude, much has already been done, and this action is the first such, but I think that it will become traditional - this is the "Charity Ball" with the participation of all heads of state bodies, NGOs, public associations. The funds collected during this point will not only welfare improvement, but also the quality of life of people with disabilities, as well as all other socially-injured groups.
