December 14, 2017 in the Republican House of Friendship of Almaty, on the eve of the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a round table was held on the topic "Summing up the results of the work of the Public Council of the APK in Almaty for 2017". The round table was organized by the Secretariat of the APK in Almaty and KGU "Kogamdyk kelisim" of the apparatus of the akim of Almaty city and the Council of Public Consent at the APK of Almaty.

The members of the APK of Almaty city, members of the Council of Public Accord, Council of Mothers, members of the Council of the APK of Almaty, the chairmen of the republican and municipal ECA, the active of ethno-cultural associations, invited guests and the media participated in the round table. Moderated by the chairman of the Public Council of the APK agreement Almaty - Ismattulaev Abdulla Zhaparovich. Umarov Shavkat Niyazovich - Chairman of the Council of public consent of Auezov district, deputy of Maslikhat of Almaty. In the round table, the work of the members of the PCC of the APK in Almaty was discussed, the reports of the chairmen of the district Soviets were listened, the results for 2017 and their plans for 2018 were summed up. At the end of the event, in honor of the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, active members of the PCC and APK in Almaty and representatives of the city's ECA were awarded with state awards, medals and letters of thanks of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan.
