On November 28, 2017, the Republican Youth Organization "Zharasym" attached to the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan with the support of KGU "Kogamdyk kelisim" of the apparatus of the Almaty City Akim held a round table on "Youth for a Safe City", "The Role of Youth in Modernization of Public Consciousness", "Kazakhstan model of public consent" and a training seminar - "Leadership. Command. Communication. Managing yourself".

The event was attended by Nazar Balgimbayev Albanovich - Head of the Secretariat of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, Almaty Saltanat Azirbek - the press secretary of the Department of Internal Affairs of Almaty, Kan Georgy Vasilievich - Doctor of historical sciences, professor, member of the scientific advisory council of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, the APK members of the Council , members of the APK of Almaty, members of the RMO "Zharasym", youth leaders of the ECO, the leaders of the clubs "Zharasym" in the universities of Almaty, young bloggers, the media and others.

The event began with a welcoming speech by Balgimbayev N.A., who noted that youth is the driving force of any country, and therefore it is the youth that exerts a great influence on the advancement of any state initiatives.

Further presentations were made Saltanat Azirbek, Kan G.V., Osman Aslı Alievna - member People's Assembly of Kazakhstan, a public figure, Rustam Kayryev Abdusalamovich - Deputy Chairman of the RMO "Zharasym" with the APK. Then a free discussion began, after which participants were invited to a coffee break.

Further on the program for youth, a training was conducted on the theme "Leader in the 21st century, what qualities must be possessed". Training held a member of the public council of the city of Almaty - Kazybek Shaih. The participants were explained with what qualities a leader of the 21st century should have, and gave specific examples. Also, the participants took part in interactive games aimed at developing leadership among young people.

Then, Kazybek Shaih's place was occupied by Akhmetov Rasul, the chairman of the "Zharasym" RMO under the APK, who presented the project - Q-Trend in support of the transition of the Kazakh alphabet to the Latin alphabet. All participants of the training received certificates.

At the end of the training, the "100 wishes" campaign was held in support of the transition of the Kazakh alphabet to the Latin alphabet, during which on the pre-prepared banner the training participants left more than 100 paintings with the wishes of rapid development of the Kazakh language on the Latin chart.

End of cycle event was marked by a flashmob - "Youth Generation Q» to support the transition of the Kazakh alphabet to Latin, in which the streets of Almaty 120 people in T-shirts and caps with the logos of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan and inscriptions on T-shirts #Q, have been attracting the attention of passersby. They walked along Panfilov's new pedestrian street from Kabanbai Batyr Street to Zhibek Zholy Street. The final point of the flash mob began to stand "Ruhani zhangiru", located on the Arbat, where the participants of the flash mob with pleasure took part in a photo shoot, listened to the game on the lute from the representatives of different nationalities and different sang patriotic songs.
