November 30, 2017 in the Exhibition Hall named after Nazira Dauletova of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan passed an event dedicated to the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The event was attended by Deputy Chairman of the APK in Almaty, Chairman of the Ossetian Cultural Educational Center "Irnoas" Mamsurov Kazbek Vladimirovich, Deputy Chairman of the Almaty Korean National Center, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Kan Georgiy Vasilyevich, ECOs and activists, members of the APK scientific-expert group, representatives of the creative intelligentsia of Almaty and the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Within the framework of the event, an exhibition of books was organized and a film about the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan was shown.

The event began with the anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Then, the participants of the event were shown a film about the First President of the RK Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev. After that, the floor was taken by the moderator of the round table director of KGU "Kogamdyk kelіsim" of the apparatus of Akim of Almaty, Murunova Zhannat Sharapkhanovna. She congratulated those present on the upcoming holiday and noted the great contribution of the Leader of the Nation to the prosperity of sovereign Kazakhstan, its strategic talent, strength and energy, which turned Kazakhstan into a country where unity, peace and social harmony became the highest values of society.

The floor was then handed over to Head of the Secretariat of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, Almaty Balgimbaev Nazar Albanovichu. He spoke about the achievements that were achieved by our country on the path to the formation of an independent, outstanding, secular state.

Further on, Mamsurov Kazbek Vladimirovich and Kan Georgy Vasilyevich made reports, after which the participants of the event were awarded letters of thanks and invited to visit the exhibition halls of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where books about the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan were exhibited.
