The round table was attended by - deputy chairman of APK of WKR V.K. Shokhina, Doctor of Education, Rector WKSU named after M. Utemisov A.S. Imangaliev, professor of International Programs Institute of PFUR "Innovation management" Department of REU named after G.V. Plekhanov Y.M. Bayuhanov, head of the expert - analytical department of "Kogamdyk kelіsіm" MGA at WKR akim’s staff A. Zhumin.

Also there were representatives of government agencies of WKR, business representatives, NGOs, teachers and students of WKSU named after M. Utemisov.

In opening speech, Rector of WKSU named after M. Utemisov Askhat Salimovich noted that in such kind of round tables the main mission is to clarify the mechanisms for the implementation 100 specific steps, participants of round table - representatives of state bodies of WKR, people working in the state power structure were chosen especially. The national idea "Mangilik el" for all Kazakhstani people is the main platform succession of achieving independence and aspirations them in the future.
