June 15, 2017 in the House of Friendship of Almaty held a round table on the theme "Personality of the poet in the national historical context" (spiritual heritage of the poet), dedicated to the 124th anniversary of Magzhan Zhumabayev.

The event was held within the framework of the "Tu-an-zher" program implementation of the program article of the Head of State NA Nazarbayev "A glance into the future: modernization of public consciousness".

The round table, organized by the House of Friendship of Almaty and the Department for the Study of the State Language of the International Innovation and Educational Center "Ulat", was attended by CEOs and activists, members of the Scientific Expert Group under the ANC of Almaty, representatives of the creative intelligentsia of Almaty And youth.

In the foyer of the round hall the depository of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan in Almaty presented and acquainted the participants with the book exhibition "Planet named Magzhan".
