On the 12-th of April, 2017 in the rural districts of Petropavlovsk and Sh.Kaldayakova of the Kargalinsky district was held a round table to explain the message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan "The Third Modernization of Kazakhstan: Global Competitiveness" organized by the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan of the Aktyubinsk region.

Within the framework of the round table a report on the topic "A new look at competitiveness" was made by the head of the department of social and political disciplines of the Aktobe Regional State University named after I.K. Zhubanova, the vice-president of the scientific-expert group at the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan of the region U. Sarsembin. In his speech, he highlighted the fourth direction of the message on improving the quality of human capital. The main key of the innovative economy and development of the potential of the non-oil sector of the economy is highly qualified personnel, which is why the Head of State notes that it is necessary to change the education system and switch to three-language education.

Specialist of KSU "Public contracts" T.Saparov shared his vision on the topic "Kazakhstani identity is the guarantee of Kazakhstani modernization". He noted that the most important thing in the way of implementing the message of the President is the stability and harmony in the society, which is what the ANC is doing.

The expert of the mediation center at the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan of the region K.Kausov told about the peculiarities of mediative activity.

It is symbolic that in the village of S. Kaldayakova on the day of cosmonautics the meeting was held at the school named after hero of the Soviet Union, pilot-cosmonaut Viktor Patsayev. The activity and work of the regional Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan was told by the head of KSU "Public contracts" G.Sherniyazova and presented books to the school library and the flag of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan to the director of the school B.Tukmenalina.

At the end of the event a small concert was organized for the villagers of the representatives of the creative collectives of the Tatarsk-Bashkir ethno cultural associations "Shatlyk", "Slavians" and ECO Germans "Revival".
