November 22, 2017 in the House of Friendship - the center of public accord, the professional mediator of the mediation center "Alternative" Tanekenova T.Z. Together with the mediator of the cabinet of mediation at the House of Friendship - the center of public consent Kydyrkhanova A.S. held a training seminar for third year students of the specialty "Jurisprudence" of the College of the Kazakh-American Free University on the topic "The role of mediation in criminal proceedings.

During the seminar, the issues of application of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Mediation" in the process of criminal proceedings were discussed. Mediator of Mediation Center "Alternative" T.Z. Tanekenova noted that the positive growth in the development of mediation is due to close cooperation with law enforcement agencies.

The role of mediation is crucial for reconciliation by agreeing on two sides without any legal proceedings. Interest in the knowledge of mediation among students is caused during the seminar-training. In the course of the seminar, students solved situational problems, actively joined the role of mediator and at the same time received an answer to their questions of mediation.

In turn, the mediator of the House of Friendship - the Center for Public Harmony A.S. Kydyrkhanova said that the mediator's office works on the website of the House of Friendship - the center for public consent and noted that this type of training seminar will be held in the future.
