Today in the conference hall of the House of Friendship a round table was held on the topic "Promoting mediation among the population: pressing issues and solutions". Specialists of different spheres, the director of KGU "Kogamdyk kelisim" Ualikhan Ibraev, the judge of the city court Kamshat Saduakasova, the director of the regional branch of ROO "Center for Development of Mediation" Lyazzat Baktybaeva, the lawyer of the regional bar association Zhakyp Shaimuhanbetuly, the coordinator of the cabinet of mediation of KGU "Kogamdyk kelisim" Nurlan Tasybayev, professional and non-professional mediators.

It should be noted that to date, mediation in the region is intensively developing. By attracting mediators in an alternative form, ways of resolving disputed and conflict situations are sought. Because the topic of mediation is relevant in all areas. Since the entry into force of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Mediation" for five years, 13 representative offices at the oblast level have been opened across the country, over 500 specially trained professional mediators have been trained. Professional mediators before the trial and in the trial are allowed over 6,000 disputes, mediation agreements are concluded.

At the end of the event, the participants asked questions of interest to which they received comprehensive answers, shared their views on mediation and the role of mediators, and gave concrete proposals on the ways of developing mediation in the region.
