June 9, 2017 in the Akimat of Almaty in the mode of videoconference, a round table was held with the participation of the leaders of ethno-cultural associations on the theme "Universal rejection of corruption - a pledge of unity and stability."

The purpose of the event: to develop approaches to the prevention of corruption in the conditions of the tasks outlined in the President's message.

Deputy Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption Affairs Mr. Shpekbayev A.Zh., Deputy Chairman, Head of the Secretariat of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan AP RK Mynbay DK, Head of the ANC Deputy Group, member of the Committee on Socio- Cultural development of the Mazhilis of the Parliament Abdrakhmanov SA, representatives of ethnocultural associations, members of the Council of Mothers and the Council of Public Consent, mediators and others.

With a welcoming speech, Deputy Speaker of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption Affairs A. Shpekbayev, who noted the importance of eradicating corruption both in the life of society and in the system of state governance, he stressed that at present the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Public affairs and anti-corruption efforts are making more efforts to prevent corruption, since it is much more effective to eradicate the problem at the root, rather than to fight I with its consequences.

The next speaker was Mynbay DK, Deputy Chairman, Head of the Secretariat of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who noted that the fight against corruption should be conducted with the help of civil society, including ethno-cultural associations.
