The Public Harmony Council is a unique consultative and advisory body to the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, which fosters the consolidation of civil society institutions, political and non-governmental organizations, and other associations in order to strengthen and develop Kazakhstan's identity on the basis of citizenship, social cohesion and national unity in society.

To date, the North Kazakhstan region there are 113 Councils of social consensus: the Regional Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, government agencies, large enterprises in the city of Petropavlovsk. The main issues are the problems of employment, housing and communal services, infrastructure, road transport, compulsory medical insurance, provision of drinking water, landscaping, installation of children's and sports grounds, housing, land issues, etc.

November 16, 2017 in the conference hall of the regional assembly of the people of Kazakhstan was held V Meeting of the Council of Public Consent with the participation of the chairmen and activists of ethno-cultural associations, CPC members, the public council of the city of Petropavlovsk, representatives of public organizations, veteran and youth associations,

Before the beginning of the event, the moderator, the head of the secretariat of the North Kazakhstan regional assembly of the people of Kazakhstan, Nailym Salimov, identified the main issues on the agenda: "On the experience of the work of the Council of Public Consent", "Discussion of the Draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan", "Public control - as a way to improve the quality of public services", "On the preparation for the Republican Forum of Council of Public Consent to be held on December 7, 2017 in Astana".

During the event were made by members of the public council of Petropavlovsk Bakhytzhan Samieva. She noted that the role of public councils, as well as of the Councils of Public Consent, in the implementation of public control, is now increasingly increasing. This contributes to the timely resolution of conflicts in society, the strengthening of social stability.

"It is very pleasant that the APK is connected to public control. We must carry out this work to avoid any dissent among the citizens of our region ", - he concluded by Bakhytzhan Magzhanovna.

Chairman of the party organization LLC "Kizilzhar sy" Tazhin Bauyrzhan made a presentation on the experience of CPC at the enterprise. In his speech, he reflected the main task of the Council's work - the solution of internal conflicts, ensuring the uninterrupted work of the team, the strengthening of friendly relations.

Public consent council at the enterprise LLC "Kizilzhar sy" was established in 2016 on the eve of the Day of Unity of the People of Kazakhstan. Since then, he has fully justified the hopes of wise management: relations within the collective have been adjusted, such projects as "Mentoring", "Alley of Glory", contest "Best in Profession" in various nominations have been resumed.

The final speech on the activities of the Public Concordance Council was the speech of the chairman of the CPC at the regional assembly of the people of Kazakhstan Nadirov Rashid:

"Now there has been a positive trend of the opening of Soviets of public consent at major enterprises of the city. This has a good response among employees, because thanks to the Soviets, people can directly consult the leadership to solve the exciting problems. Thus, the Soviets are called upon to reduce tension in society".

The last issue was considered the draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan". His point of view was expressed by Polisha Raisa Ivanovna, a member of the Public Consent Council: "I was at the source of the adoption of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan" On the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan", as it was a deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Now in the era of change, the need has arisen to adopt amendments to this law. To make proposals, it is necessary to form a working group under the regional assembly of the people of Kazakhstan and to work on studying all provisions of the Law, as well as on consideration of proposals in the draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Thus, during the meeting topical issues were discussed, the explanation of which contributes to the continuation of the further active work of the Public Harmony Councils in close cooperation with other state and public organizations.
