The team is a close-knit team, like-minded people, and most importantly - people with one goal. Every day members of the North Kazakhstan Regional Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan, its structures and units work together, interacting for one thing - to promote and realize the tasks of our state.

The Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan has the basic postulates on which our society should be built, this is Peace, Consent and Unity. We carry this idea to the people, we educate the youth in the spirit of national identity and patriotism, we call everyone to tolerance, because the strength of our country is in unity! The staff of our regional assembly is one big family, and in order to rally us even stronger and make a strong team, we held a seminar - training with the chairmen and activists of ethnocultural centers and employees of KSU "Kokamdy Kelisim".

To organize our team, the best leader of our city - Maxim Kasperovich prepared for the participants of the game for teambuilding. A psychological training from Galiya Bayazitova helped to identify the leadership qualities of the team and a little to understand themselves. The day was rich, having worked, we had a good rest on the background of a wonderful nature, enjoyed the summer sun and simply communicated "without ties" and working moments.

Meetings of this format give a special development of interaction in the work. Respect, trust and positive attitude contribute to a favorable environment in the team. Thus, having united the participants of the seminar, the organizers are sure that the work will be more productive, and most importantly - in joy.
