In the Pavlodar State University. S. Toraigyrov completed the work of the regional discussion platform for the implementation of historical research within the framework of the program "Ruhani zharyrou".

Within the framework of the meeting, for the first time in the republic, a memorandum was signed between the akimat of Pavlodar region and the Institute of History and Ethnology named after. C.C. Valikhanov Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Deputy Mayor of Pavlodar region Meiram Begentaev, director of the Institute of History and Ethnology named after MV Lomonosov, took part in the discussion. Ch.V. Valikhanov MES RK Ziyabek Kabuldinov, deputy of Mazhilis of Parliament RK Meruert Kazbekova, heads of departments of akimat of Pavlodar region, scientists-regional specialists, members of regional project office, experts and others.

Also, an agreement was signed to open a branch of the Institute of History and Ethnology. Ch.Ch. Valikhanova MES of the RK on the basis of the Department of History of Kazakhstan at the PGU S.Toraigyrova.

In the course of the discussion site, the issues of preparation of the three-volume scientific edition "History of Pavlodar region" were discussed by the Institute of History and Ethnology named after I. Ch.Ch. Valikhanov and Pavlodar scientists and historians.

The main topics for discussion were the issues of attracting Pavlodar oblast scientists to historical research within the framework of the projects implemented by the Institute, the development of joint projects on grant financing of fundamental scientific research within the framework of the Ruhani zhazyru program.

According to the director of the Institute of History and Culture of Kazakhstan, Ph.D., associate professor Kairat Battalov, the scientists of the PSU submitted their projects to the republican register as part of the program "Ruhani zharyrou". For example, the project for the reconstruction and museification of the archaeological monument Sabyndykol-3, etc.

- It should be noted that at the moment the work on compiling a map of the sacral geography of the Pavlodar region has begun, which will include objects of the cult significance of antiquity and the Middle Ages (ancient sanctuaries, barrows, places of petroglyphs, etc.). Secondly - this is the place of life and burial of the famous Khazret, aulieu. The third group will include objects that are associated with important historical events, the activities of public and political figures, for example the famous battleground of the Kazakhs and the jungar "Kalmakyrylgan", "said Kairat Battalov.
