November 24, 2016 was held X Republican contest Kazakh language experts among Russian youth "Til-Parasat" in the Republican House of Friendship in Almaty.

Organizers of the event were the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The event was attended by teachers and students from various universities in the amount of 50 people.

The idea of ​​this competition for the first time created the Russian community of Kazakhstan. The competition is a prime example of successful cooperation of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of Kazakhstan and the Russian community for the implementation of the cultural project "Trinity of languages", initiated by the Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev.

Today, representatives of the various ethnic groups of the country attach great importance to the language and culture of the Kazakh people. Evidence of this is the increase in the number of Kazakhstan, representatives of other nationalities who are fluent in the Kazakh language.

The aim of this competition is to promote the formation of positive attitude of the younger generation to the Kazakh language and literature as an important spiritual values, to increase the prestige and knowledge of literature, raising the prestige of the competent state language proficiency, education of patriotism, a sense of pride in the independent Kazakhstan, the identification of the literary-gifted children, representing different ethnic groups in Kazakhstan.

Bidders had to fulfill the following tasks: 
oral presentation in the official language on the proposed topics; 
participants pair up a dialogue on the proposed topics; 
creative task "Shabyt zhuldyzy" - execution of Kazakh folk and modern songs, staging passage artwork.

Welcoming remarks were made by the Chairman of the Committee on the development of language and social and political work of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of Kazakhstan Kuanysh Asylov Zhumabekovich and chairman of the Russian community of Kazakhstan, member of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan Yuri Z. Bunakov.

Next, she will present all participants - winners of city and regional qualifying stages. To evaluate the work of participants and determine the winners established by the jury consisting of professors of philological faculty of Kazakh National University named after Al Farabi, Kazakh State Women's Pedagogical University, the Institute of Linguistics named after A. Baitursynov and KazNPU named after Abay.

All participants were awarded with letters of thanks and the best written works were awarded money certificates and various prizes.
