"Stability, unity, and consent - the basis of modernization" - this was the main theme of the XXV anniversary session of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, held in Astana on April 26 this year.

At the last session, the main emphasis was placed on enhancing the scale of political and public modernization, increasing the importance and role of society in strengthening the key values ​​of the state, ensuring its confident and forward movement. President singles out a number of basic directions of modernization of both society and every citizen.

On the 17-th of May, 2017, was held the XXII session of the North Kazakhstan Regional Assembly of the Peoples of Kazakhstan in Petropavlovsk under the chairmanship of the region mayor Kumar Aksakalov and representatives of ethno-cultural associations, religious confessions, heads of state bodies, representatives of the public, representatives of the youth took part in it.

Important issues were raised on the agenda: on the results of the implementation of the instructions given at the ХХІ session of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan and on the tasks set by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Chairman of the Assembly of the Peoples of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, at the 25th Session of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan "Stability, Unity, Modernization", the choice of the deputy chairman of the North Kazakhstan regional assembly of the people of Kazakhstan, the acceptance of the appeal of participants of the ХХІІ session of the North-Kazakhstan regional assembly Bleary people of Kazakhstan.

The head of the region got acquainted with the exhibition of the SKO ANC, where the attributes of different cultures were presented, as well as the main directions of the regional assembly: the Council for Social Harmony, the Mothers Council, the youth wing, the ANC department and so on.

Kumar Irgibaevich noted the important role of the North Kazakhstan regional assembly of the people of Kazakhstan in strengthening peace and harmony. The speakers included those who took part in the XXV session of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan in the city of Astana. Bekbudi Sayida - a member of the youth wing of the North Kazakhstan region ANC spoke about her impressions received at the jubilee session. Just before the mayor, guest from the Tyumen region Esengaliy Ibraev made a speech. He is the chairman of the National and Cultural Autonomy of the Kazakhs in Tyumen, and our good friend. The other day he organized humanitarian assistance to flood victims in the North-Kazakhstan region. 8 tons of food was brought by five trucks from Tyumen to Petropavlovsk. Speaking at the session, Esengaliy Kamseevich emphasized how important it is to preserve peace and tranquility not only in our country, but also good-neighborly relations with other states.

Annually, the public deputies of the chairman of the regional assembly of the people of Kazakhstan are rotated from ethno-cultural associations.

As a result of the official part, the candidature of the chairman of the public association "Turkish Culture" Kartal Idris was proposed. The honorary letters of gratitude were awarded to the activists of our region, who helped the work of the assembly. At the end of the session took place a concert of the creative teams of the region.

For more than 20 years, the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan has been a reliable guarantor of the unity and harmony of the Kazakhstan’s society. The diversity of cultures and traditions creates a colossal spiritual potential that can be realized only on the basis of interethnic interaction, mutual trust and respect.
