At Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory new stars – talented creators of stylish clothes were revealed. The audience was not only inspired, but also surprised by novice designers. They presented collections of modern national dresses at the fashion festival from the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan.

They presented collections of modern national dresses at the fashion festival from the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan.

The fashion festival organized by APK was opened with a welcoming speech of composer Marat Omarov.

“Both well-known designers and beginners will present their work at the festival. On this site you will see a modern look at the fashion of our compatriots. Children, students and adults will appear before you. This opportunity is provided by APK within the programme article of the President “Rukhani zhangyru”, focused on the revival of spiritual values of the Kazakh people”, — welcomed the guests professor of the conservatory.

The singer sang for the audience. Representatives of different ethnic groups came out to his song in national clothes.

The first show was presented by Aktyubinsk local Malika Duyssenbayeva. The fashion designer of the stylized Kazakh-ethnic clothes tried modest sundresses and dresses on girls with inconspicuous ornaments in colour scale of red, beige and black flowers.

Elena Koryakina from Kokshetau uses an unusual technique – sewing from yarn and wool at creating of her collection. She showed fashionistas how to dress stylishly this autumn. The girls came on stage, gathering hair in a high tail, in exclusive costumes, combined with jewelry, sparkling sequins.

The next beauty was brought by a student from Taraz Victoria Maikovich. Inspired by the architecture of the capital of our country, she dedicated a whole collection to Astana. It’s clothing with original designs, decorated the prints with graphic representations of Astana objects.

Symbat Zhaksybayeva from Karaganda surprised the audience too. A distinctive feature of the show was appearance of children on the stage with mothers in the same clothes. The audience also liked her camisoles with ornaments.

Asyl Dzyubayeva from Atyrau proved that clothes with ethnic elements can be easily worn in everyday life. Everyone liked berets for costumes from her collection “Khansha”.

A young schoolgirl from Aktobe Aigerim Muratkyzy created a children's collection “Balausa” this summer, which consists of a coat in ethnic style decorated by patterns. The girl worked for several years to do it. Thanks to her mother, she managed to make her dream come true.

The organizers of the festival presented special prizes to the participants. The evening ended with a concert.
