On the 26-th of  March, with the support of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan in Mangistau region, KSU " Public contracts" of the regional mayor in the House of Friendship, was held the final of the regional contest "Are you ready to become a star?".

This event was held in conjunction with the Serik Sariyev’s School of Dance. Serik Sariev is a well-known choreographer in the region, head of the folk dance group "Pacer". S.Sariev's initiative and leadership are implementing large-scale projects in the sphere of culture and other social spheres.

The youth contest "Have you become a star?" became popular among the young talents of the region. This contest consisted of three rounds. Within a month, the contestants demonstrated their abilities in vocals and in dances. Young talents of ethno cultural associations of the region took part in the competition.

As a result, according to the jury's decision, Inkar Utesheva won the nomination "Best Vocalist", Murad Orujav won the nomination "Best Dancer".

On the final day of the contest was invited star of Kazakhstan variety, our countrywoman - Tamara Asar. During the meeting with the contest participants, Tamara Asar conducted a master class with future pop stars. It explained the subtleties, of the singer's profession and about the features of the artist's life. And also answered the exciting questions of each participant and jointly performed the song.

We hope that in future such events as the contest of young performers will be able to unite the youth of our country, nurturing unity and cohesion in them.
