As part of his working visit to Azerbaijan on January 31, Deputy Chairman of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan (APK) - Head of APK’s Secretariat of Executive Office of the President RK Zhanseit Tuimebayev held a meeting with Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan.

The parties discussed a number of issues on development of bilateral cooperation in various spheres of politics, culture and economy.

In particular, Zhanseit Tuimebayev emphasized "the possibility of cooperation in the most promising areas of economic cooperation through the Association of Entrepreneurs of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan".

"We would like to hold a Business Forum under the auspices of the APK’s Entrepreneurs Association in the near future and invite the Azerbaijani party to take active part in it.

Assessing the dynamics of bilateral relations, I would like to note that Kazakhstan intends to further strengthen our strategic partnership and develop cooperation in all areas" concluded Tuimebayev.
