In order to promote the Manifest of the President "Peace. XXI Century "at the IV Summit on Nuclear Security in Washington, DC, on the initiative of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan in South Kazakhstan started an action "Ak oramal". "Ak oramal" has a deep philosophical meaning in the national tradition - reconciliation.

Traditionally, the mother, taking off the head scarves could stop the hatred and pu an end to the conflict. Through the campaign "Ak oramal" Kazakhstan regardless of ethnic origin, social or religious affiliation, helps to strengthen the idea of ​​peace and harmony.

To this end, the organizers of the action of the mothers Council with the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan in South Kazakhstan region together with the establishment "Қoғamdyқ kelіsіm" visited regional perinatal center №1, and gave white scarves with blessings, which became a symbol of the action. Newborn were blessed and wished to become honored citizens.

The action "Analar - Shanyrak shuaғy" continued in marriage palace. There were representatives of the mothers at the Assembly of the Council of the region, headed by B. Komekbaeva, participating at the wedding ceremony of Elaman Turarbek and Gulnauryz Seytbekova in Baidibek district. The young were blessed and handed a marriage certificate, the bride was granted white scarf.

The properties of the scarf were explained to the young wife together with the wishes to become an exemplary wife and respected mother. In turn Gulnauryz promised to be an example for other brides.

Such events are planned in all districts and cities of the region. It was stated at the extraordinary meeting of the Mothers Council, held the same day at KSU "Қoғamdyқ kelіsіm". At the same time, representatives of the local councils of mothers has been given a number of instructions to continue the promotion.

"Ak oramal" is the popularization of Kazakh traditions and will continue until the end of August. At the same time, the activities are planned in the framework of laying flowers and white scarves at the Monument to the Heroes of Great Patriotic War and political repression, as well as the all-republican march of mothers in white scarves.
