NUR-SULTAN – Open Day of the volunteer movement centers of APK will be held on January 17 at 10:30, in the capital House of friendship with participation of members of ethno-cultural associations, Council of public consent, Council of mothers, youth wing of APK.

The program of the event includes a presentation of volunteer activities, explanation of the goals and objectives of this project.

Volunteers will work in four areas. ‘Birlik’ is social one. It is organization and participation in public events, rendering assistance to the needy, disabled people, victims of natural disasters and catastrophes, protection and restoration of historical monuments, etc.

The project ‘Bilim’ includes the possibility of organizing centers of additional education and consulting support in the areas of friendship houses.

The project ‘Tarbie’ is designed to unite athletes and coaches in one community, which will be engaged in sports volunteering in the Year of Volunteer in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The groups will visit orphanages and educational institutions and conduct master classes in the sports they represent.

‘Kelisim’ direction refers to mediation. It is aimed at solving disputes and social problems.
