Assembly’s Volunteers Cleaned the Snow at the Weekend

Representatives of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan in Nur-Sultan and ethno-cultural associations participated in the clean-up day.

30 volunteers cleaned the house yards of elderly and low-income people, families in need of special care, as well as the territory of "Sharapat" Social Service Center.

It should be noted that the representatives of the capital Assembly were the first to start cleaning the courtyards of the citizens in need of special care.

"Capital Assembly always takes an active part in charity affairs. Today we take part in a charity event "Biz Birgemiz" to clean the capital from snow. Necessary work is carried out at a proper level, and will continue in the future" noted G. Taigokova, Chief Specialist of Secretariat of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan Nur-Sultan.

"In this house I live alone. It is difficult for an elderly person to clear a thick layer of snow in the yard. I am grateful to the volunteers who came to help me. I wish the city Assembly fruitful work" said V. Shcherbakova, a resident of the house.
