Under this title were conducted celebrations organized by the Kyrgyz community "Asaba" in the regional center. The event was attended by the heads of the region, representatives of KSE "Kogamdyk kelіsіm", Kostanay refion akim apparatus.

Kyrgyz community, despite its scarcity, has existed for several years in the region. Its members work in the areas such as the production and consumer trade.

- Kazakhstan is our second home. Although we live here relatively recently, since 1996, but we already planted our roots here. We maried here, and brought up children and grandchildren. This year Kyrgyzstan celebrates 25th anniversary of its Independence. Living away from the historical Motherland, we are proud of the achievements and wish continuous prosperity, as well as harmony and peace that prevails in Kazakhstan, Chairman of the Kyrgyz community Kanatbek Bedelbekov said in his speech, handing the welcome word to the active members of ECO "Asaba", presenting letters of thanks and prizes.

Guests of the event watched the concert with the participation of regional philharmonic, listened to the songs in Kyrgyz language, as well as demonstrated dances of different ethnic groups.
