This year at the 31-st of March in the regional mosque "Iman" and in the public trust fund "Mercy" was held a charity event " Sympathetic country ", organized by the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan in Almaty region.

As part of the actions, the event organizers helped children from low-income families and socially vulnerable groups of the population.

Deputy Chairman of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan of Almaty region G.Tursynbai said in his speeches: "The Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan this year continues charitable actions. From 1 March, the campaign “Sympathetic country” was launched. On the day of gratitude at the beginning of the month, only for one day more than 9 million tenge were extended to help 600 people. Events were held in the framework of the celebration of Nauryz, the actions are continuing. Today, in the mosque "Iman" and in the public charity fund "Mercy" was given help, distributed baskets of products for 60 families, which were collected by the patrons of the region and the public fund "NAQ".

The main goal is the formation of kindness, mercy and a sense of caring among the younger generation in society, rendering assistance to children from low-income families and socially vulnerable segments of the population.
