The development and implementation of the collective monograph was attended not only by members of scientific and expert group of the Regional Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, the Secretariat management, and social structures of the APK leaders of Kostanay region, heads of departments of internal policy on religious affairs, culture, government agencies in the region. Among the prominent scientists - five doctors, members of the scientific and expert group of regional APK - Abil Erkin, Vladimir Gershun, Maryash Kadralinova, Natalya Kim, Dmitry Legkii.

- The book was published in small edition - 500 copies, but will be sent to all the libraries and the field will be teaching aid in the departments of the APK and history - says the chairman of the scientific and expert group of the APK regional Alimzhan Bekmagambetov. - This monograph is the result of the final work of our members NEG, leading a large advocacy and research activities relating to the implementation of major strategic ideas, initiatives of the Head of State, including the Patriot Act "Mangilik El", the Concept of strengthening and developing the Kazakhstani identity and unity.

We conduct various seminars, conferences, forums, round tables, giving lectures, participating in intellectual living, interactive sites and through all these forms of activities to communicate to the younger generation of content, values ​​and symbols "Mangilik El". The presentation of the book "Actual problems of inter-ethnic relations: current status and prospects" (based on the Kostanai region), we have devoted to the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the 25th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan as the upcoming two basic dates.

By the way, this collective monograph was awarded the Grand Prix at the Republican scientific competition, organized by the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan and Kazakhstan devoted to the model of social cohesion and national unity of N. Nazarbayev.
