August 29, 2017 in the assembly hall of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan KGU "Kokamdyk kelisim" of the apparatus of the Akim of Almaty city held a solemn event "Azat Yeldiy ar namysy - Ata za", dedicated to the Day of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The event was attended by Deputy Head of the Secretariat of the Assembly of the Peoples of Kazakhstan Balinbaev Nazar Albanovich, Director of KSU "Kokamdyk Kelisim" of Akim of Almaty city administration Murunova Zhannat Sharapkhanovna, leaders and members of ethno-cultural associations, children and their parents.

The event began with the anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Then, the chairman of the Turkish national center "Akhyska", Kasanov Useyn Ismikhanovich, the head of the Secretariat of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, Nazar Albanovich Balginbaev, the head of the KSU "Kokamdyk kelisim", the apparatus of the akim of the city of Almaty, Murunova Zhannat Sharapkhanovna and the deputy chairman of the Uzbek National Cultural Center Abdukhalil Abduraimovich Uralbaev. All of them noted the importance of the Constitution in strengthening the country's independence.

People's artists and singers, such as Pulat Malikov, and others performed during the event. The solemn program consisted of a solemn part, rewarding with letters of thanks and a concert program.

In addition, as part of the action "Road to School", 70 children from low-income and large families were invited to the event, who were handed backpacks with office supplies.

The organizers of the event were the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan in Almaty and the communal state institution "Kokamdyk Kelesim" of the apparatus of the Akim of Almaty.
