The House of Friendship Petropavlovsk OUL "Disabled Association" ARDOS - Zhurek "held a ceremony of awarding the participants of the regional art contest" Golden Pen "among people with disabilities.

In the poetic competition, people with disabilities of different ages from all over the region took part. As a result of the decision of the jury members, Tleulesova Almagul from Akzhar district received the prize for the third place. Abileva Ayslul won the 2nd place. And the honorable first place was given to two participants: Elena Shalamova from Petropavlovsk and Aysina Asemgul from Timiryazevsky district. In total, 8 people took part in the competition. 

Winners and participants were awarded diplomas and valuable prizes. Director of the OUL "Association of the Disabled" ARDOS - Zhurek "Karim Akzhan appreciated the creative and creative approach. Written verses hurt your heart and please the soul, according to the commission members, the choice was not easy.

For four years, the association has been holding similar events, master classes, on-site trainings, seminars and much more for its friends - members of this organization. Despite many difficulties, people with disabilities live a full life, and in "ARDOS-Jurek" they find their friends, like-minded people, with whom they spend leisure together. Salimkhan Sabitov, our leading expert at KGU "Kogamdyk kelіsim", stood at the origins of the creation of this organization. To date, director Karim Akzhan is not only carrying out activities for the members of the association, but also conducting sociological research in the North-Kazakhstan region on equipping the infrastructure with specialized equipment for people with disabilities. For example, in the city not in all public places ramps are installed. And not so long ago Akzhan opened his polygraph, the proceeds of which go to the development of "ARDOS - Zhurek." Salimkhan and Akzhan are students of Shamil Shafshakbayev, creator of the Rehabilitation Center for children with musculoskeletal disorders. 

Young people continue to propagate the idea of their mentor, develop their potentials and live a full life, break stereotypes about disability, and in their example prove to all that people with disabilities are full-fledged members of society. After all, the possibilities of any person are unlimited, and barriers exist only in our minds. Movement and modernization are the key to the success of our state and the strength of the country in the hands of such people!
