November 27, 2017 in the house of culture "Arman" Kyzylkoginsky district an expanded meeting of the Council of Mothers "Altyn Shanyrak" APK Atyrau region on the topic "Berik otbasy-mempleket tiregi".

The event was organized by the exhibition "Kizilkoga- ulttik kyndiliktardin yyasi".

Moderator: Aman-Turlina Tamara Utegenkyzy, head of KGU "Kogamdy kelisim" of the apparatus of akim of Atyrau region, chairman of the Council of Mothers of APK of Atyrau region.

The enlarged meeting was attended by chairmen and members of the regional, district and village mother councils, chairmen of ethno-cultural associations, villagers, media representatives.

At the meeting with a welcoming speech akim A.S.Bazhenov.

The report was made by:

• the chairman of the regional Bar Association, a member of the Council of Mothers of the APK of the region of A.K. Umarova on the topic "Berik otbasy - memleket tiregi";
• judge of the district court Kyzylkoginskogo A.Syrgabaeva on "Mykty Otbasy kuatty memleket kepіlі";
• the head of the department for the provision and control of the registration of civil status and apostillization of A. Akhatov on the topic "Nekedegi sharalardy boldyrmau sharalary";
• the chairman of the Council of Meters of the Makhambet district, Zh. Mugauov, on the topic "Otbasilik mediaciya".

At the end of the event, a blogging action was held, where seven (7) poor families were provided with financial assistance by rural entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneurs received letters of appreciation on behalf of the head of the secretariat of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan of the Atyrau region and akim of the district.

The ceremonial part of the session was completed by the theatrical performance of the folk theater of the Kyzylkoginsky district on the topic "Balamen kauishu"

At the end of the event, an excursion to the museum was organized.
