Astana. December 25, 2015 under the chairmanship of the Secretary of State of the Republic of Kazakhstan Abdykalikova Gulshara held a final meeting of the State Commission on organization and holding of the Year of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan.

The meeting was attended by members of the State Commission, deputies of Parliament, representatives of government agencies, members of the expert council of the APK, media.

Reports on the results of the implementation of the National Action Plan for the organization and holding of the Year of Assembly of people of Kazakhstan and the 20th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan made by the Deputy Chairman of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan - Head of Secretariat, Deputy Chairman of the Commission Ye.Tugzhanov, Chairman of the Constitutional Council, Deputy Chairman of the Commission I.Rogov, Minister of Culture and Sports A.Muhamediuly, Deputy Foreign Minister E.Ashikbaev, akim of Almaty region A.Batalov. 

In speech, Secretary of State G.N.Abdykalikova stressed that the overall objectives set by the Head of State for the Year of APK achieved. The country held about 30 thousand activities, there were involved international platform on which were held meetings with foreign civil society institutions, the Kazakh diaspora abroad.

In the international community has been widely recognized as an international standard the Kazakh model of social cohesion and national unity of Nursultan Nazarbayev; further strengthen and the development of Kazakh identity and unity; entrenched in the public consciousness the value of the national patriotic ideas "Mangilik El"; Year of Assembly created a favorable social and psychological atmosphere for the start of the five institutional reforms.
