In Aktau was celebrated the holiday "Altin kyz" - "Golden Autumn". The organizers of the event are representatives of the Kyrgyz ethno-cultural association Ala-TOO.

The event was attended by members of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan in Mangistau oblast, representatives of the communal state institution "Kogamdyk kelіsim", heads of ethnocultural associations of the region, guests from Kyrgyzstan, children from the state institution "Children's village of the family type" and residents of the nursing home.

The celebration was held in connection with the high yield this year. National games were included in the program of the celebration, such as "Kiz kyy" (catch up with the girl), "Audarispak" (the name of the game in which the riders try to knock one another off the horse). The winners were given letters of appreciation and personal prizes.

During the holiday, creative groups pleased the audience with the performance of Kyrgyz national dances and songs. A festive dastarkhan was served for guests, and all the guests were given the fruits of a new crop - watermelons and melons.
