At the 2-4th Session of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A.Nazarbayev noted that the Assembly is the main coordinator of charitable activities in the country.

For the first time in the history of Kazakhstan the Law "About charity" was adopted. The Assembly received legislative powers to promote the development of charity in the country, to provide coordinating and other support in the field of charity.

On the 20-th of May, 2016, within the framework of the nationwide charity event "Caravan of Mercy", I Charity Ball was held in Petropavlovsk.

During the event, 1 million 844 thousand tenge were collected! With this money we fully paid for the non-invasive “CyberKnife” operation on the brain of Avdeyuk Andrey, and financially helped for 4 families in which there are seriously ill children.

This event is becoming a good and good tradition for our city, and on the 19-th of May, 2017 in the restaurant "White wish" of the Turkestan hotel complex of KSU "Public contracts", the North Kazakhstan regional assembly of the people of Kazakhstan together with partners organized the II Charity Ball.

Entering the hall, the guests plunged into the atmosphere of this fairy tale. The elegant design of the general sponsors "GERA Authors Agency" surpassed all expectations. The fragrance of fresh flowers, the glitter of soffits, and the musical accompaniment of the orchestra moved the guests to the 19-th century.

The event was visited by the heroes of our last year's ball. The Sharapov family, to whom we provided financial assistance in the rehabilitation of their daughter, expressed gratitude for their help and responsiveness. Nastenka underwent a liver transplant operation when she was only seven months old. Today she is absolutely healthy, growing and happy with her parents. Andrey Avdeyuk's mother could not hold back tears, thanking the organizers for their support. On the proceeds we fully paid to Andrey the operation on the brain. In this touching moment, even the guests could not contain their emotions, because many people know the story of saving these children personally.

The ball began with a beautiful dance of little princesses who came out of the blossoming lotus. And the first dance of debutants was a solemn polonaise. Thirty ladies in wedding dresses circled with their stately knights. Oh, how beautiful was the waltz! The audience was amazed at the elegance and beauty of the debutants. Concert numbers were replaced by dancing sessions with guests: “Kara-zhorga”, “Sertaki”, “Ice-rink”, “Rucheyok” and “Moscow quadrille” circled the guests of the ball and gave the mood for the whole evening.

After the fiery dances, a charity auction was held. Twenty-five lots were on display. The most valuable of them: a T-shirt with a grand tour of Giro d'Italia with the autographs of the winner Vincenzo Nibali and the Olympic champion, our fellow countryman Alexander Vinokurov, the gloves of Zhanat Zhakiyanov, with whom he earned the title of temporary WBA lightweight champion in Monte Carlo, form Hockey team "Kulager", as well as lots from the teams that make up the Presidential Professional Sports Club "Astana". All lots are signed by team members. The game was interesting; Zhanat Zhakiyanov's gloves were wrestled by several patrons. As a result, the lot went under the hammer for 600,000 tenge, the champion handed the buyer Tahir Huseynov, the chairman of the Azerbaijani ethno-cultural center himself.

The ball was nearing completion and the counting commission was summing up the results. Having awarded debutants with certificates of honor and memorable prizes, the organizers announced the amount of the fee. This moment everyone waited with a sinking heart, because at stake is the salvation of small lives. Three million one hundred and sixty-nine thousand tenge! This amount will be used to treat Zologin Ivan, Pugach Ilya and Beisenbaeva Diana. Every child has very serious problems. Zologin Vanya is only 4 years old. He has congenital hypoplasia of both kidneys. A kidney transplant is required, a donor is a dad. Vanechka is very active and cheerful child. Vanya’s mother for many years, collects an inordinate amount, a penny to a penny, to save the life of his son.

Beisembaeva Diana met her 14-th birthday in a hospital in Moscow, steadfastly accepting blows of fate. A terrible diagnosis - a malignant brain tumor was confirmed! Now she is unconscious ... Ilya Pugach has recessive osteopetrosis, he is 6 years old. A bone marrow transplant is required. Ilya is a very smart boy with eyes wide open to the world. The child kills deadly marble, every day worsening sight and hearing...

Everyone present became a magician for these children. And the charity ball is another proof that our power is in unity, that together we can create a miracle.
