Within the framework of celebration of the International Children's Day in the Turkestan region there was held a charity event "Meyirimge toly zhurek", organized by ethno-cultural associations and the Regional Council of Mothers at the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan.

In the course of the action, a number of events were held for the pupils of T. Tazhibayev family children's home, located in Arys city. According to the organizers, walks in parks and a festive dastarkhan were organized for the children of the orphanage in Shymkent.

At the end of the action, the participants were presented with festive gifts, educational supplies and a concert program, which was attended by members of the military-patriotic club "Aibyn", heads and employees of military units and institutions.

Veterans of the military industry told the future defenders of the country about their duty to protect the Motherland at the concert program.
