The first call in all of the schools sounded on September 1, marking the beginning of the school year and the celebration of the International Knowledge Day.

This year in Ust-Kamenogorsk, many schools of the city were attended by the head of the Secretariat of the ANC apparatus EKR AK Nurgaziev, Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan members, chairmen and activists of ethno-cultural associations, representatives of the public consent Council and the Mothers Council.

The students were congratulated on the 25th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the best wishes of peaceful sky, good grades and to grow as good citizens of their country. In the form accessible for children pupils were acquainted with the basic documents, such as "the Nation Plan 100 concrete steps, "Patriotic Act "Mangilik El" manifest "Peace. XXI Century".
