Domestication of the horse is a real revolution for humanity. This gave a tremendous impetus to the development of progress. When the foot of mankind has saddled a horse, the course of history has received huge acceleration. The time and space of people began to decline rapidly. And the people who began to come into close contact with each other, laid the foundation for a new civilization, a new world.

About 6 thousand years ago our ancestors bred horses. We can rightfully be proud of this historical fact, the fact that our region is the cradle of world horse breeding! Kazakh culture, so original and unique! Our diverse traditions, interesting customs and games, national cuisine and life keep a deep century of history.

Within the framework of realization of the goals of "Ruhani Kazyna" of the program "Tu-an-zher", proposed by the Head of State in the program article "Bolashak ba'dar: ruhani zhanyrou", a festival of Kazakh culture "KymyzFest" was held in Petropavlovsk, which gathered all the splendor and conveyed the atmosphere of primordial Kazakh life.

The organizers of the festival are the youth public association "Kyzyzylzhar Zhastary", the Department of Entrepreneurship and Tourism, the North Kazakhstan Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan and partners.

 The festival was held in several directions. Horse carnival, a parade where spectators saw beautiful horses from different corners of our region, a culinary contest in which the best restaurants in Petropavlovsk presented to the competent and strict jury the art of cooking meat in Kazakh, and also the guests of the festival tried and purchased for their family And friends of several kinds of fragrant and tasty koumiss.

The parade was opened by the bikers of the motor club "North Wind". In bikers, a motorcycle is part of their lifestyle, and they can be described figuratively as street warriors on iron horses. After them, the young guys of the hockey club "Kulager" from Petropavlovsk marched. In the first year of their education they won the prestigious Cup of Victory in Kokshetau and became bronze medalists of the Open Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan on ice hockey. And the name of the club comes from the famous horse of the poet and singer Akan Seri, a native of Ayyrtausky district, aka Akan Seri. With the Kulager at a speed could not be compared to any horse and he always came first!

Just in Kazakhstan, a couple of years ago, a new continental cycling team Vino4ever was officially registered and created, named after the Olympic champion, our fellow countryman Alexander Vinokurov and the team members could not miss such a parade and took part.

Vino4ever became the third officially operating Kazakhstan cycling team after AstanaProTeam and ContinentalAstana and the fifth in the history of Kazakhstan. As part of the team, the racers, now taking part in the races in the national team. Headed by the formation of former coach Alexander Vinokurov - Sergei Kruchina. It should be noted that the new Vino4ever team was created on the basis of the same club from the North Kazakhstan region, in which the same young guys are engaged.

Afterwards, the horse police presented their horses in all their glory. Many have never seen or heard that we have such a unit. Where do they go and why do not we see them? And the whole point is that they patrol the country arrays, parks, forest tracts, recreation areas and other places where the use of cars or motorcycles is difficult or even impossible. We can rightly call horses all-terrain vehicles!

Representatives of the districts of the North-Kazakhstan region completed their spectacular procession, each came with his stallion, many of them a rare breed. Gray stallion named "Cheremosh" - Orel breed from Kyzylzhar region. The winner of the prize "Summer Russian Rocks", participant of the "Derby" prize in Ukraine. Repeated prize-winner of the Russian Federation. Rider - Olga Potoshkina, director of children's and youth sports school on equestrian sports, champion of Kazakhstan in running sports, judge of the third category in jumping and dressage. Senior coach of the region.

After the carnival, the jury members summed up and identified whose performance was the best. The fair of hand-made products of local craftsmen and tasting of koumiss from the whole region began. In beautiful Kazakh costumes, contestants sang kui, men played dombra, and the girls poured koumiss to the guests. The real Kazakh drink was tried by the jury members and guests of the festival.
