The event was attended by deputies of the Parliament of Kazakhstan, members of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan, Scientific Expert Council of the APK, representatives of government , ethnocultural associations and media, scientists, artists, students of high schools of Astana.

A welcoming speech made by the Deputy Chairman - Head of the Secretariat of the ANC Yeraly Togzhanov.

In speech, the Secretary of State noted that 2015 was the Year of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan, the 20th anniversary of the Constitution, the 550 th anniversary of the Kazakh Khanate and the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory.

Gulshara Abdykalykova focused attention of listeners in the fact that scale of the individual of Nursultan Nazarbayev as a statesman is especially brightly disclosed in his policy of peace and harmony.

Summing up the results of 20-years of development of the Assembly G.Abdykalikova noted that Kazakhstan firmly established constitutional principles of the policy of peace and harmony, social integration. Therefore, the overall task of the state and civil society is to ensure the active participation of ethnocultural associations, the public, the entire population in the work on the Plan of the nation "100 specific steps: The Modern State for all", the President's Address "Kazakhstan in the new global reality: growth, reform, development ".

At the end of the lecture, Secretary of State stressed that the main mission and the task of the Assembly - to unite the people of Kazakhstan in a single entity - implemented successful.
