October 25, 2017 in the House of Friendship of Petropavlovsk hosted a training seminar for teachers of the Kazakh language on modern technologies for accelerated language learning "Transition to the Latin alphabet - the main direction in the future".

The event was organized by RGU "Kogamdyk kelіsim" under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the support of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan.

The purpose of the seminar is to increase the role of the state language as an important factor in the unity of the people of Kazakhstan, the formation of Kazakhstan's identity through the holding of a training seminar for the development and implementation of modern technology for teaching languages in the shortest possible time. The participants of the event were teachers of schools, ethno-centers and methodologists.

The structure, course material and methods provided by the seminar speakers are aimed at obtaining the maximum result in the study of the state language.

The main difference between the content of the textbook is its compactness, imagery, interactivity, rapid overcoming of the language barrier.

The moderator was Shaimukhanbetova Zhanna Kakibaevna - the head of the RGU "Kogamdyk kelіsim" service under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Kemel Ospanov, Head of the Department for the Development of Languages of the North-Kazakhstan Region, welcomed the organizers and participants of the seminar and talked about their work.

Dear guest, Tasibekov Kanat - the author of the textbook "Zhagdayattik kazak tili" presented his book from three volumes "Situational Kazakh". The writer told about his life and about the creation of three volumes. According to the author, before starting to learn to speak in Kazakh, it is necessary to pay attention to several circumstances that are not given importance in existing textbooks.

Lyazzat Zhumagulovna, director of KGU "High School - National Revival Complex No. 17", and Galina Zhukova, winner of the regional stage of the republican cultural and educational project "Min Ball", also spoke.

In his speech on effective methods of teaching the state language, Kaiyrzhan Rakimzhanov - director of the Institute of Secondary Education of the National Academy of Education. S. Altynsarina says: "In Germany, teachers and teachers for the accelerated learning of languages during the lesson mainly practice small texts consisting of three, four, not more. But there are a lot of tasks. All work independently, as all jobs are different. Then, together with students, simulate situations where children themselves supplement this text. Thus, due to situational assignments, students quickly learn new words and increase their vocabulary".

Turning to the practical part, Kaiyrzhan Rakimzhanov familiarized the participants of the training seminar with the 4/3/2 method. The author of this method is Paul Nation from New Zealand. The essence of the method is that 4 people participate (each of them has a separate topic for dialogue), each of them makes three circles, telling the interlocutor his topic, and both sides enter into a dialogue.

Also in the composition of the speakers were Sungaatova Aizhan - director of the National Center for Language and Nursuit Education Doszhan - the author of the video lessons "Kazakh language for 2 weeks" of the YOUTYBE video portal.

Doszhan Zhandarbekovich: "It would be good to optimize the grammar, remove unnecessary, since many, especially students from non-indigenous nationalities do not understand the elementary." In order for them to understand, when teaching, he offers the experiences of foreign countries, i.e. to develop an interesting presentation of the content of the educational material, to play various situations, to perform assignments in various ways, to work with them, to allow themselves to think. For example: show the picture (any). Assignments: students should tell what they see in simple words, formulate questions, listen to each other, enter into dialogues, etc.

Doszhan Nursseitov cited an example of a boy named Vadim, who is in grade 6 and a girl named Xenia, who is studying at the university. Vadim easily enters into dialogue when communicating in the state language, but does not know the grammar, and Xenia, on the contrary, finds it difficult to answer elementary questions, but she knows grammar perfectly. Proceeding from this, Doszhan Zhandarbekovich proposes that while the reform is under way to think and contribute to the development of the study of the state language, to find ways to solve such a problem as an example.

The day was intense, in addition to learning new information, colleagues were able to apply teaching methods in practice, simple examples. At the end of the training seminar participants shared their impressions and expressed their gratitude to the organizers for valuable knowledge in the method of studying the state language. As a result, the certificates and books of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan were awarded.
