The event was attended by Akim of West Kazakhstan region - Nurlan Nogaeyev, Deputy Chairman - Head of the Secretariat of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan - Yeraly Tugzhanov, Chairman of Council of the Assembly of Peoples of Russia - Svetlana Smirnova, Chairman of the Assembly of Peoples of Orenburg region - Venalii Amelin, deputy of Mazhilis of RK - Yelena Tarasenko, General Consul of Russian Federation in Uralsk - Said Zabitov, participants of historical-cultural, ecological sport expedition on Ural River, deputies of regional maslikhat, heads of ethnocultural associations, regional administrations, NGOs, members of the scientific and expert group of APK of WKO, youth.

During the "round table" signed protocol of intentions of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan (APK) and the Assembly of Peoples of Russia (APR), discussed the implementation of N.A. Nazarbayev’s, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Plan of Nation - 100 concrete steps "Modern State for all" on strengthen civic identity, role of APK and APR on strengthen cultural and humanitarian cooperation between Kazakhstan and Russia.
