Day of the elderly person is a kind and bright holiday in which we surround with special attention of people of the older generation. This holiday is very important today, as it allows drawing attention to the numerous problems of older people existing in modern society.

On October 7, the Public Association "Russian Community of Akmola Oblast" with the support of the Akmola Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan held a festive concert of the "Russkaya Pesnya" folk ensemble dedicated to the Day of the Elderly Man in the Culture House "Istoki" in the city of Kokshetau. Members of the Akmola Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, representatives of ethnocultural associations, residents and guests of the city of Kokshetau took part in the event that brought together the audience's full hall.

The main purpose of the concert was to inculcate love for the family, respect for elders and the organization of leisure for the elderly. A festive concert entitled "We celebrate the age of the young" - the month of the elderly man "under the direction of Zoya Nikolaevna Avilova, the ensemble's leader, started with the performance of Russian folk songs, which the audience sang with great pleasure together with the performers.

"This time in human life is often compared with the fall. This is a period of contemplation and revaluation of values. With all my heart I wish you health, energy, warmth and peace of mind! A lot of warm and sunny days for you, love and care of your loved ones! "Zoya Nikolaevna congratulated the audience.

The concert was held in a warm, friendly atmosphere, bringing many positive emotions to both spectators and speakers. At the end of the concert the performers once again congratulated the people of the older generation and wished them health, success and happiness.
