In order to implement the order of the President of the network of mediators for the prevention and resolution of conflicts, strengthening of the legal culture of the population of 31 October this year at the initiative of the KGU "Kogamdyk kelіsіm" Karaganda oblast akim held a training seminar on the theme: "Mediation - an alternative method of conflict resolution" with an exit to the Aktogay district of our region.

Akim of Aktogay district S.M. Abeyov and akims of rural districts of the region, representatives of state institutions and non-governmental organizations, mass media, professional and non-professional mediators, active youth of Aktogay and Shetsky districts of our region took part in the training courses.

The moderators of the training courses were S.M. Shardarbekova - the head of the mediation department of KGU "Kogamdy kelisim" of the apparatus of the akim of the Karaganda region, a professional mediator, Zhaskayrat M. - Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, Professor of the Department of Civil and Labor Law KarGY named after E.A. Buketov, Abramova T.A. - President of OO «World of Good", professional mediator and Zhanibekov E.Zh. - press secretary of GY "Office of akim of Shetsky district of Karaganda region", the best unprofessional mediator of Karaganda region of 2017.

As a result of the seminar, all participants were awarded certificates.

After the training seminar in the Aktogay District Court of the Karaganda region on the initiative of KGU "Kogamdyk kelisim" of the apparatus of akim of the Karaganda region a round table was held on the development of the institute of mediation.

The event was attended by representatives of the Aktogay District Court, the media, professional and non-professional mediators.

As a result of the round table, it was decided that in the Aktogay District Court, as well as in the rural districts, mediation rooms will open, where mediators on a permanent basis will accept all comers on mediation issues and conduct mediation procedures.
