ALMATY - ‘By First President’s Way’ project, organized by the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, started in the village of Shamalgan in the hometown of Elbasy. This event is held within the framework of the 25th anniversary of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan in order to promote the merits of President Nursultan Nazarbayev, the founder of the formation and development of an independent state in the minds of younger generation.

Zhanseit Tuimebayev, Deputy Chairman of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan – Head of APK’s Secretariat explained the goals and objectives of the expedition, and also spoke about the merits of the head of state in the development of Kazakhstan.

"This year marks the 25th anniversary of the formation of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, a unique institution founded by President Nursultan Nazarbayev. We begin this significant anniversary with “People's Expedition” By First President’s Way", dedicated to the all-round work of Nursultan Nazarbayev in the formation and development of the country," Zhanseit Tyuimebayev said.

The Assembly of People of Kazakhstan was established on March 1, 1995 by the Decree of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev. In 1992, at the Forum of the People of Kazakhstan, dedicated to the first anniversary of Independence, the idea of creating the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan was first announced.

Zhanseit Tuimebayev introduced the ways and routes that the people's expedition should take to the participants of the event.

"The First President of Kazakhstan was born and raised a citizen in the village of Shamalgan. Therefore, the beginning of the first-main direction in Almaty Region is a historical regularity, " Tuimebayev noted that the second direction is implemented in regions, the third direction - abroad. "For 30 years of independence, building Foundation of new Kazakhstan, the successful transit from a planned economy to a market, the international authority of a peace-loving state - all this is connected with the name of the Head of State and the result of his unprecedented, huge work. Each of us has a part in this success. We see the results of the First President’s work and continue the work of the Head of State. Therefore, all the people of Kazakhstan take part in the People's Expedition "By the First President’s Way". The ideological significance of this project is very deep. On the way of the First President is a worldview project that will strengthen our unity on the basis of common values over the years of independence," said Zhanseit Tuimebayev.

"I am sure that our project opens the way to the future and will become a beacon for every new generation of Kazakhstan. As part of the project, we want every citizen of Kazakhstan to see a role in their life and tell others about it. There are also stories about how we start a people's expedition on the native land of the head of state, " Zhanseit Tuimebayev said.

Diary and the flag of the expedition was brought to the area by the winner of the project "Young Leader - 2019" V. Chepel, Head of the Regional Headquarters of Youth organizations of the APK "Zhangyru Zholy" R. Usanova, members of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan D. Digay, A. Baisoyev, M. Tasmagambetov, "100 Names of Kazakhstan" winner.

At the end of the event, the diary and the flag of the expedition will be handed over to Karaganda region.

Zhanseit Tuimebayev said that all the materials collected during the expedition will be presented to the Head of state after the completion of the daily expedition.
