The Scientific Expert Group of Regional Assembly of People of Kazakhstan held "Kemel keleshekke - kemenger Elbasymen" scientific-practical conference, which was attended by members of the Scientific Expert Group, activists of Ethno-Cultural Associations, mediators, chairmen of the Council of Mothers and Council of Elders. The conference was opened and led by the Deputy Chairman of the Scientific Expert Group, Head of the Department of the "Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan" in TarSU named after M.KH Dulati, PhD, associate professor Parida Mamedova. The purpose of the event was the formation of Kazakhstan patriotism, cultivation, especially among young people, spiritual and moral values, and common historical and cultural values, embedding into the public perception "Mangilik El" patriotic action.

In the scientific and practical conference the addresses were delivered by a member of the Scientific Expert Group of the Regional Assembly Rezhep Bayarisov, Chief Expert of "Kogamdyk Kelіsіm" SPI Larisa Lysova, Director of "Dulatitanu" Center of Taraz State University named after M. Kh. Dulati, Ph.D. Janna Seitkulova, Head of "Arkhyz" Karachai-Balkarian Ethno-Cultural Association” Lelya Uzdenova, and Chief Expert Yerbol Kanshimbekov.

The Chief Expert of the Scientific Expert Group Larisa Lisova in her speech said: "Today in Kazakhstan in general, the following advantages of the Kazakh ethnic policy have been formulated: thanks to Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev’s policy mechanisms for the implementation of civil equality, regardless of ethnicity, religion have been established and have being improved, Kazakhstani identity and unity on the principle of citizenship have been formulated and have being strengthened".

At the end of the conference participants exchanged views and discussed the Declaration adopted on the eve of the anniversary of Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan setting new targets.
